Service Description

Discover how creativity can be a tool for self discovery and clarity. In this six -week interactive series, participates will use simple art materials such as watercolors, pastels, acrylic paints, and sharpie markers to explore emotions, release stress and connect more deeply with your inner voice. Each session will combine guided creative exercises with reflective discussion to help you uncover insights about your lifestyle direction and personal growth. No artistic experience is needed-just an open heart and a willing to explore. Please have your art materials ready for the first session. This online group session is via Zoom.
